InstantOffice VoIP Business Phone System Support Program
To ensure that our customers receive adequate and timely service and support, Vertical maintains a network of Authorized Service Partners (ASPs) and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) who can install, maintain, and support the InstantOffice system. These ASPs and VARs provide competitively priced support services, allowing customers to choose service partners based on their specific requirements.
In some instances, the local VAR will choose to offer
service and support to their customers through one of
the following authorized service partners: Celergy Networks,
Inc.; Telsource Corporation; CrossCom
National, Inc.; and NextiraOne, LLC.
All customers are encouraged to register
their InstantOffice.

If you are currently an InstantOffice VAR and would like to contact one of our Authorized Service Partners, call 408 328-4480 for assistance.

InstantOffice VARs can log in to our Tech
Room (requires Login ID and Password) for training,
system downloads, and technical information. If you are
currently an InstantOffice VAR or ASP and do not have
a login ID and password, please email support@vertical.com for access.
InstantOffice VARs and ASPs can visit the InstantOffice
Provisioning Service, a web-based service that enables
partners to input information specific to a particular
InstantOffice installation and receive a pre-configured
InstantOffice Deployment Disk that addresses their customers'
specific communication needs. If you are currently an
InstantOffice VAR or ASP and do not have a login ID and
password, please email ps@vertical.com for access.
