Product Manager, Santa Clara, CA

Position Overview

Responsible for owning the product roadmap and direction for one or more families of voice and system management applications for a leading IP PBX platform, using VoIP, SIP, MGCP, H.323, IVR, VxML, Speech Applications.

Responsibilities

Work closely with customers, channel partners and other team members to develop and enhance MRD and PRD for assigned product lines
Derive actionable intelligence by analyzing competitive and industry data, applying SNMP and distributed system management tools.
Champion new product concepts, enhancements and launch with internal and external stakeholders; track various product metrics such as revenue, license sales, attach rates etc and reporting to management.

Skills and Experience

Requires MS in Telecommunications and at least three years experience.

Software Engineer, Santa Clara, CA

Position Overview

Play a key role in the design and development of the award winning business communication application Wave ViewPoint. ViewPoint presents a range of productivity tools — desktop call management, unified messaging, visual voicemail, call recording, and presence management — in a remarkably simple and intuitive interface. Play a key role in designing and implementing integrated mobility and collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

Work closely with Product Managers, Software Architects and other Developers on application design and development.
Implement new features and optimize existing ones based on business requirements.
Develop detailed functional and design specifications
Provide development time estimates and schedules.
Review test plans and test cases to ensure test coverage.
Review product documentation for technical accuracy and ease of use.
Identify, reproduce, and resolve customer issues in a timely and thorough manner.

Skills and Experience

BS in Computer Science with 7+ years of product design and development experience is required.
Proven ability in designing and developing compelling high performance Windows desktop GUI applications, preferably in the IP-PBX domain.

Software Engineer, Santa Clara, CA

Postion Overview & Responsibilities

Software Engineer to be our expert in SIP. We need prior experience in developing code for a complex product centered around SIP which would include: messaging systems, collaboration software, telephony, presence management, or unified messaging to name a few.

Our environment is a primarily an embedded Windows based world programmed in C++. Our applications are in C#.

Skills and Experience

BS in Computer Science with 4+ years of product design and development experience is required.
Proven ability in designing and developing compelling high performance applications, preferably in the IP-PBX domain.
